National Conference in Personalised Care
We are delighted to announce national conference in personalised care will be held in-person in the vibrant city of Sheffield, South Yorkshire on the 6th May 2026.
Description
We are excited to announce that our 2026 Peak Health Coaching Conference will focus on the role of health and wellbeing coaching in enabling healthy working lives.
We want to catalyse the growing appreciation of the value of health coaching in supporting healthy working lives whether that is keeping people in work or enabling a supported return to work after a period of illness.
An engaged and satisfied workforce is the key predictor of high-quality care in the NHS and the success of wider workplaces. We also know the health of workforces is crucial to productivity and prosperity across all sectors and types of organisation, including the NHS as the biggest employer in Europe. We’ll bring you cutting edge practice, policy and research insights supported by case studies from the public and private sectors, explore how health coaching can support people with health challenges to stay in, or return to work.
Our conference will appeal to everyone interested in supporting health working lives and NHS workers including health coaches, community connectors, link workers and care co-ordinators.
We will deliver an inspirational mix of world-class speakers, with opportunities to debate and network with peers across disciplines and roles, and join in a range of thought-provoking participatory workshops.
Our ambition is to inspire, educate and energise as you connect with like-minded peers and share the latest thinking and practice for health coaching.
