Peak Health Coaching is the biggest trainer of Care Co-ordinators in the NHS, training 300-500 people each year. As such we understand the challenges in taking on and applying proper care co-ordination. This conference is dedicated to championing this essential role, and cementing the skills and approaches that we know most benefit staff and patients.
We will cover key hot topics for the role, especially understanding how to maintain the core spirit and function of care co-ordination in high pressure busy environments. Too often Care Co-ordination suffers at the expense of admin tasks and priorities.
