Terms and conditions


These are the terms and conditions that apply when you book a course with Peak Health Coaching either as a funding body or participant. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The terms have been prepared so that you are aware of Peak Health's commitments to you when you undertake training with us and ensure you are fully aware of your commitments should you need to make any changes to your booking. Peak Health Coaching Commitment to You (Participant/Client)

For all our courses we will provide • High quality training and support from all our Trainers • Pre and post course administration with a support team available Mon to Fri to deal with enquiries • All course training materials including e-workbooks, online resources and tools to ensure continued development post course • Certificate of Attendance for participants where appropriate

**Your Commitment to Peak Health Coaching **

Group bookings: To enable us to fulfil our commitment we require a full list of participants (name, email address, role) 14 days prior to the start of each course. Responsibility for recruiting participants for the course is with the client.

Individual bookings: To enable us to fulfil our commitment please supply the preferred email address for all course communications 14 days prior to the start of each course.

All data collected shall be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will only be used for the specific delivery of this course and any requested follow-on support.

**Payment Terms **

Courses will be invoiced on acceptance of the booking via the contract or quotation where appropriate. Please forward purchase orders to finance@peakhealthcoaching.com . All invoices to paid 30 days NET and prior to day 1 of all training.

**Cancellation Policy **

Our training courses are in very high demand and we are booked up months in advance. Please only cancel training days as a last resort and notify us at the earliest opportunity.

If you need to cancel a course or place(s) please note the following terms: Cancellations received over 4 weeks prior to course: 0% course fee payable Cancellations received 2 – 4 weeks prior to course: 50% course fee payable Cancellations received 0 – 2 weeks prior to course: 100% course fee payable

For cancellations or alterations to bookings outside of the 4 weeks we may charge an administration fee of 10% of the full course fee. This excludes an initial 14-day cooling off period from the point of booking.

Rescheduling and Non-Attendance of Training Dates

If you are unable to attend any of your training days, please let us know immediately. Re-bookings are at our discretion and are NOT guaranteed. If a day has to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, and there is availability, this may be possible. Please note:

• We are unable to refund if an individual misses full or partial training days once the course has started. • We may be able to offer an alternative date/s to enable individuals to catch up on missed training, however, this is not guaranteed and is subject to availability - please see notes below. However please note, you, or your commissioning body may be required to pay an alteration administrative fee from £50 to £250 + VAT. Due to the significant investment, both financially and with your precious time, your commissioning body will be informed of any absence.

*Please note our additional terms for cancellations of places on Module 2 of the Tailored Health Coaching Programme (Assessed) *

• Participants are only eligible for assessment at Level 1 or above if all 4 training days (module 1 and 2) have been completed and appropriate portfolio submitted. You will not be eligible for PCI accreditation until this is completed and assessed. • If Peak Health Coaching are able to offer an alternative date(s) to catch up on missed training (see above), submission dates will be modified to 4 weeks from completion of the final day of training (which may be later than Day 4). There may be a short delay in results being released. • If you are unable to attend any of your training days, please let us know immediately. However please note, you, or your commissioning body may be required to pay an alteration administrative fee from £50 to £250 + VAT. Due to the significant investment, both financially and with your precious time, your commissioning body will be informed of any absence. • If there is availability to alter course dates, you must remain with your designated Action Learning Set (ALS). • Training days may need to be undertaken out of order.
