All those who have signed up for the Supervisor Training Programme, are invited to launch their training with us with a 1 hour supervisor training induction. his is a 1 hour session where you will have an opportunity to find out more about your supervisor training course and start preparing yourself for this next step in your learning and development. It will be an opportunity to take stock of your growth and development as a health coach to date and to reflect on what will enable you to make the most of this opportunity. There will be some self-study and peer work activities to do on the day and to follow up throughout the duration of the supervisor training programme. You will develop a plan to begin building your supervisor portfolio and have the opportunity to clarify any questions you may have.
